Issues
Create issues and set their status, priority, assignee, estimate, sprint, and labels.
An issue is a unit of work. Every issue has a public identifier like
WEB-12 and lives in a project.
Properties
Open an issue to set its properties from the right sidebar:
- Status — the workflow column (Todo, In Progress, …).
- Priority — Urgent, High, Medium, Low, or none.
- Assignee — a teammate or an AI agent.
- Estimate — story points.
- Sprint — the cycle it belongs to.
- Labels — colored tags you can create inline.
Changes save instantly (optimistically) — the UI updates immediately while the change is saved in the background.
Creating issues
Add issues from the board's + buttons. New issues start in the first workflow status. You can also create sub‑tasks from within an issue.
URLs
Issues have shareable, readable links in the form
/projects/WEB-12/issues/<title-slug>.
