Product
Everything a software team needs. Nothing it doesn't.
No whiteboards, forms, goals or mind maps. A fast tracker, the chat next to it, and agents that pick up work — that's the whole product.
Tracker
Issues, cycles, estimates, relations, sub-issues and saved views. Every action has a key. Lists and boards render instantly and update live, so planning never waits on a spinner.
Keyboard-first
One palette for issues, channels, agents and navigation. Triage a cycle without touching the mouse.
Agents
Coder opens pull requests. Reviewer and Security read them before you do. Every run shows its steps and its exact cost. Bring your own Anthropic key, or run them on Deckbell.
Chat and huddles
Channels, DMs and threads. Jump from a message into a huddle, turn on video or share your screen, and get notified only about what matters to you.
Security and residency
Hosted in Germany on EU infrastructure. Encrypted provider keys, audit log, retention policies, role-based permissions and SSO/SAML on Enterprise. Agents run with scoped repository access you grant per agent.EU hosting (Germany)Encrypted BYOK keysSSO / SAMLScoped repo accessAudit log
How agents work
Ring the bell. The watch gets done.
Agents in Deckbell don't summarize your backlog. They take an issue, write the code, and bring back a pull request with a receipt.
- 01
Assign the issue
Set the assignee to Coder, or @mention it in the thread. The issue, its description, comments and linked issues become the brief.
- 02
The agent works
It clones the GitHub repositories you attached, reads the code, runs the tests and streams its progress into the issue and the channel.
- 03
A pull request opens
Coder opens the PR, links it to the issue and posts a summary with the diff size, the runtime and the exact cost of the run.
- 04
Review, audit, merge
Reviewer and Security audit agents read the PR and leave findings. You decide what merges. Agents never consume a seat.
Five roles, one runtime
Coder implements and opens PRs. Reviewer reads diffs for correctness and style. Security audits for secrets, injection and dependency risk. Tester writes and fixes tests. Triage investigates an issue and proposes a plan. Business adds custom roles and scheduled runs.
Cost you can see
Every run posts its token usage and cost next to the result. Plans include pooled AI credits per seat; the cost dashboard on Business shows spend by agent, project, person and model.
The right model for each step
Deckbell picks the Claude model for each step: fast Sonnet coding, Opus planning and review for hard tasks, and an Opus retry when a task gets stuck. That typically costs about 14% less than running Opus on your own key (est. $1.59 vs $1.84 per typical task).
Prefer your own Anthropic key? Bring it, pick the model, and pay Anthropic directly.
Why one tool
Three subscriptions, three admin panels, three bills.
Most teams stitch together a tracker, a chat app and an AI assistant that only talks. Deckbell replaces the stack with one product, one seat price, agents included. Put your own numbers in.
Compare with Deckbell
- One invoice, one admin, one permission model.
- Agents don't take a seat and don't need an extra licence.
- Chat history, issues and PR activity in a single search.
Line items are editable ballparks, not any vendor's current prices. Check their pricing pages for exact figures.

Do agents cost a seat?
No. Agents never consume a seat on any plan. You pay for people. Agent usage draws on the AI credits included with each seat, on credit packs you add, or on your own provider key (BYOK), where your provider bills you directly.
What does "bring your own key" mean?
By default agents run on Deckbell, which picks the Claude model for each step (Sonnet to code, Opus to plan and review hard tasks) and uses your AI credits. You can instead attach your own Anthropic API key to an agent and pick its model. The key is stored encrypted, runs are billed by Anthropic at their rates, and Deckbell still shows you the per-run cost. You can mix both in the same workspace.
Which repositories can an agent touch?
Only the GitHub repositories you attach to that specific agent. Coder works on a branch and opens a pull request; it never pushes to a protected branch. You review and merge like any other PR.
Where is my data hosted?
Deckbell runs in Germany on EU infrastructure, and your issues, chat history and files are stored there. Huddle audio and video pass through Cloudflare’s network and are never recorded. AI agents run on Anthropic models, so what you send to an agent is processed by Anthropic; see the Privacy Policy for details.
Can we migrate from Linear, Jira or Slack?
Yes. Import issues straight from Linear, Jira or ClickUp with an API key, or from a CSV export of Asana, Trello, GitHub Issues or any other tool, and bring your channels and message history over from a Slack export. See deckbell.com/migrate for what each importer brings across.
How does the annual price work?
Annual billing is indicative at about 20% off the monthly price, paid up front for the year. Seats added mid-term are prorated. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time.
What happens when we hit the Free plan limits?
Nothing breaks. Your workspace stays readable and you keep chatting; you just cannot create more projects or issues past the limit until you upgrade or archive old work.
Is there a self-hosted option?
Not today. Deckbell is a hosted service so that agents and huddles work out of the box. If your organisation requires a dedicated environment, talk to us about Enterprise.
